If you are looking for the best solution for your tipped and crowded teeth talk to Bela Family Dentistry. Your cosmetic dentist in Georgia has options that are affordable and perfect for your needs whether you are considering clear plastic aligners, such as ClearCorrect® or Invisalign or 21st century wires and brackets like Six Month Smiles.

ClearCorrect® Clear Plastic Aligners

Founded by dentists in 2006, the ClearCorrect® system of clear plastic braces has helped thousands of dentists all over the planet give their patients a beautiful and healthy smile using the ClearCorrect® system. Made from thin dental plastic, the aligners are nearly see through and improve your confidence and your smile.

If you are a good candidate for ClearCorrect® you will be given a set number of aligners depending on how severe your case is. You will need to wear your aligners for 22 hours every day.

The transparent ClearCorrect® trays are switched out depending on your prescription. Some will swap for a new set of aligners every seven days while others will swap for a new set every two weeks. Again, it all depends on your ClearCorrect® prescription.

Invisalign® Clear Plastic Aligners

Invisalign® was invented by two students from Stanford University. After wearing braces they wanted a new and more comfortable way to straighten teeth and in 1998 came up with the Invisalign® clear system.

The dental plastic used by Invisalign® is both BPS and BPA free. You won’t find any latex or gluten in Invisalign® clear plastic aligners either. The material made exclusively for Invisalign® aligners is flexible and thin providing a comfortable and secure fit.

Just like ClearCorrect® you’ll wear your braces for 22 hours every day removing when you eat a meal and when you clean your teeth. Although treatment time varies when it comes to switching to a new set of aligners, every 7 to 14 days is the norm. The average patient sees results in 12 to 18 months.

Six Month Smiles® Instead of ClearCorrect®

Six Month Smiles® is used for people who have severely overcrowded teeth. Bela Family Dentistry may also recommend Six Month Smiles® if your teeth need to be lowered or raised. Six Month Smiles® clear braces in Georgia work like conventional wires and brackets but are intended for people who have more complex cases.

The Six Month Smiles® dental treatment is wires and brackets that don’t show as much as your mothers old school wires and brackets because they are made from tooth colored brackets and sleeker wires. The low force process is also more comfortable than conventional braces as well.
