When you arrive, you’ll be greeted by the friendly, smiling face that helped you make your appointment. At Bela Family Dentistry, we consider our patients our family, and we want to be certain that you always feel comfortable and have the best experience. Once you’ve been greeted, you’ll be offered a beverage to enjoy while your information is uploaded and sent to the clinical team.
You will then receive a personal tour by that first smiling face, so that you become comfortable in your new surroundings. After your tour, your dental hygienist or assistant will be ready to meet you and provide the highest level of care. We place value on relationships, so by the time you leave, we’re certain that you and your provider will have had time to get to know one another and will be looking forward to your next visit together.
In valuing relationships, we like to know what your expectations are of us as well as any goals or desires that you have for you oral health. Would you like whiter teeth? Are you interested in Invisalign? Do you grind your teeth at night? Our team is highly skilled and equipped with the latest technology to ensure that any goal you set for your oral health, will be achieved! After learning your goals, we will then construct a custom treatment plan specifically for you.
After your appointment is complete, your hygienist will escort you to our consultation room so we can get you scheduled to begin the journey toward your ultimate oral health goals.
